Where possible all orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of the order being recieved. If the items are required on or before a specific day please notify us by phone on 01253-884 972, e-mail at websales@mi-flues.com or fax on 01253-893 752, and we will attempt to accomodate your requirements.

If specific timed deliveries are required, then items can be shipped on a `Before 9`, `Before 10:30` or `Before Noon` courier. There may be an extra charge for these types of delivery.

All deliveries, whether delivery by our own vehicles or by a courier must be checked and signed for. If the items are damaged then this must be entered on the delivery note. Items reported damaged in transit which are not identified on the delivery cannot be replaced without charge.

An order can be cancelled upto one day before it is delivered without charge unless it is a bespoke or non-stock item either made or ordered specifically by Mi-Flues Limited for that order. Bespoke & non-stock items which have been made specially with be charged for in full. Once an item has been delivered the buyer has 7 days in which stock items can be returned to Mi-Flues Limited at the buyer`s expense. For this service there is a 20% restocking charge. If Mi-flues Limited has to collect the item or arrange it`s collection, then all costs of collection must be met by the buyer.

From time to time some items may have defects and fail during installation. All warranties and guarantees for items will be honoured and the situation will be resolved using the manufacturer`s guidelines.
